Shipping policy

Free Shipping on Every Order At Crampless, we believe relief shouldn't come with extra costs. That's why we offer completely free shipping on all orders, no minimum required, no codes needed. Free shipping is automatically applied at checkout.

Shipping Times Once your order is placed and confirmed, please allow 1–2 business days for processing. After processing, standard delivery takes 7–10 business days. You can expect your Crampless Pro to arrive within 8–12 business days from the date of your order.

Order Tracking Once your order ships you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this to monitor your delivery at any time. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to update after you receive your shipping confirmation.

Where We Ship We currently ship to all 50 US states. International shipping is not available at this time but is coming soon.

Lost or Delayed Orders If your order has not arrived within 20 business days of placing it, please contact us at support@crampless.co and we will make it right — no questions asked.

Wrong Address Please double-check your shipping address before completing your order. Crampless is not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrectly entered address. If you notice a mistake, contact us within 24 hours of placing your order and we will do our best to correct it.
